The pool is great for adults and kids as it has a deep end and shallow end for the young 'uns, its one of the main reasons we bought 67 St Martins le Club. The pool, which has a pool heater, is kidney shaped and approximately 10m * 4m and not directly overlooked. There is loads of room for sun loungers, which are top quality at our villa, along with a few sun brollies.
Here's some pictures of the villa, outside areas, al fresco dining and barby areas. There's a nice space to the rear of the villa for kids to kick a ball around or for adults to just mellow out away from the pool area. There's a gated (automatic gate) drive to the right of the villa that has room for 3 cars. The al fresco dining area is lovely and shaded, we love breakfast and lunch outside so we use this a lot.
Some pictures of downstairs including hall, kitchen, living room, dining room and downstairs bedroom, all rooms have air conditioning. The hall is large, bright and airy and leads into the large bright living room. The downstairs bedroom is found at the bottom of the stairs in the hall. The living room has air conditioning and a flat Smart TV, opposite which are a coffee table and two sofas. The living room leads via French doors to the al fresco dining area and BBQ; at the other end of the living room is the entrance into the inside dining area. There is a breakfast bar between the inside dining area and the modern, fully fitted kitchen. Adjoining the kitchen there is a small room that contains a backup immersion heater (the solar heating is the primary unit) and utility room with washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

The downstairs bedroom is lovely and contains two single beds, fitted wardrobes and a door out to the terrace, next door is the downstairs bathroom with shower and bath.

Some pictures of the two upstairs bedrooms which both have French doors opening to the lovely outside balcony which is a great place for an early morning coffee and croissants; all rooms have air conditioning. Coming up the stairs, directly in front of you is the master bedroom that contains a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
